How the finish date is figured
- Your state and degree set the target. The tracker reads the AIT-hour pathway your education opens from the dated matrix, using the shortest applicable pathway as your target.
- Your weekly pace sets the speed. Remaining hours divided by your weekly hours gives the number of weeks left, which is added to your start date.
- It is a projection, not a promise. Boards cap weekly credit and require varied shifts, so treat the date as a planning estimate and confirm the rule with your preceptor and board.
About this tool
Where does the hour target come from?
From the maintained, dated licensing atlas. Each state's Administrator-in-Training hour pathways are verified against the board's own rule, with the date shown and a link to the source. The tracker never invents a target for a state that is not yet verified.
Do you store my dates or hours?
No. Your plan is saved only to your own browser's local storage, on your device. Nothing is sent to us and there is no account. Clearing your browser data removes it. We see only anonymous aggregate bands, never your individual entries.
Why does my state show a lower or higher target than a friend's?
Because states scale Administrator-in-Training hours by degree and field, and set different totals. That is exactly the per-state variation a general answer blurs. The tracker resolves the pathway your education opens in your specific state.
